Luxembourg Little Switzerland dreamy photography tour 10 October

We invite you to join our mini-tour to Luxembourg and shoot together at gorgeous viewpoint locations, and in the famous Little Switzerland area.

We will use best dresses from www.instagram.com/holland_dress_rental and other designers. This is an unique and exclusive autumn portfolio day for #photographers and #models .

We will start with sunrise and finish with sunset.

You can participate in different ways: A. With hotel booked by us ( 1 or 2 nights 9 October and 10 October) B. Without hotel, shootings only

There is limited amount of spots

FOR MODELS:

Each model will get at least 2 dresses to wear, will get professional makeup and hair done and will get assistance with dresses and posing from the team. You will have 2 edited photos from Art Photo Projects team <3. Our photographer chooses photos for editing and you will get review of unedited files in low resolution with watermark. You can buy all unedited files in good resoultion and order additional edited photos for additional fee.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS:

If you join as photographer we expect you to work on results and make each model at least 2 photos in 2 month time maximum. We promise to provide exclusive styling.

You can take own concepts to shoot too.

Attention: This is the day we work on each others portfolios. Both models and photographers are responsible for results.

PARTICIPATION COSTS (try out) exclusive vat. Price is per day :

A. 195 euro+hotel costs which we discuss

B. 195 euro

Payment can be done in parts. Ask about Vat in private message, there are some cases when vat can be avoided.

Reservation of your spot is valid after prepayment. You can make prepayment through website or in private message.

We have really LIMITED places.

EXTRA FOR MODELS: - you can order your own private video with only you as model on it for additional 95 euros. - you can order promised fairytale edited photos from our team too. Ask for possibilities in private.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

If you participate you agree that we all have same rights about the use of the pictures. The photos will be published in social media with the use of credits. If you want to sell photos ask about selling the team first. When selling we share earnings in a honest way. We are not providing model releases, if you want one, discuss it first and make own contract.

REFUND POLICY:

- For all events we are not giving refund in the form of money. We provide vouchers. Only if WE cancel the event (not postponing) we will refund money.⠀

- If there is a case of money refund we are not able to refund immediately. The prepayment will be refunded approximately in 3 month time. ⠀

- If you are not able to join the reserved event due to any reason that is not ours, your prepayment will be not refunded. But you can search for someone who can join the event instead of you and sell him/her your place reservation.

- If you cancel your participation two or a day before the event or do not come without letting us know we are not providing you a voucher
